ez-Vendor™ does not limit the number of nested categories you set up. However, you should keep in mind that shoppers grow weary of drilling down through categories. For each category, you can specify the name of the category, a brief description of its contents, and a picture (small thumbnail size).

The only requirement for a category to be displayed is that it has a name, contains either products or sub-categories, and is active. Additionally, you can set a category to be inactive. This enables you to set up a new product line and activate it when you are finished.

Product Categories
Enter as many product categories as you need. You can include sub-categories, a description, and even a picture to help shoppers find what they need in your store. In fact, you are not limited by a certain number of levels of subcategory. Create as many nested levels as you need, but remember, the key is helping shoppers find your product quickly.
