Order Options for Product     The first option you have is whether the customer can order decimal quantities of your product. If you sell items by weight, such as oats, candy, etc. you will want to allow your customers to order these products by decimal quantities. Default options are determined in Product Options. After you have set the default Product Options, it is easier to select the options for each product. Check the selection box for each option you want. When you select an option, a list of choices will appear. For example, if you have "Color" as a Product Option, and underneath Color you have entered, Blue, Red, Green, White and Black, the system will bring up the list of colors so you can select which colors will be choices for your customer for this product. To select more than one option choice, click and hold down the Ctrl key and in the list, click on each color you wish to add. Click Save What does this do to the shopper side? On the shopper side of the Web site, selecting options will give the shopper a drop down list of the options to choose from. ez-Vendor is designed so that if you enter options on the admin site the shopper cannot continue an order for that product without making a selection.   Copyright 1999-2000 Sycamore Internet.
